The reason Fuel Her Fully focuses on a specific audience is because women and men are biologically different; that’s not an opinion, it’s a fact. Much of the bias and misinformation surrounding health, fitness, and wellness stems from research and medical practices that are historically being centered around male physiology. As a result, women’s unique nutritional and physiological needs are often overlooked or misunderstood.
Women require different approaches to nutrition and exercise due to factors such as hormones, metabolism, and overall health considerations. Because of this, Fuel Her Fully was created to highlight and educate on the specific ways nutrition and fitness can support women’s bodies in a way that is both effective and sustainable.
The goal is to provide guidance that is not only accurate, but also empowering. In turn, helping women fuel their bodies properly and feel their best.
