Mini Potatoes (fingerling, creamer size, baby, or large potatoes cut small)
1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings: Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, garlic salt, and salt.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit
Wash and cut potatoes into halves or quarters (about 1x1 inch pieces).
Place in a bowl with olive oil and seasonings, then mix until evenly coated.
Place in 8x8 baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-25 minutes.
OR
Air fry at 400°F for 13–18 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes. Continue cooking until the potatoes are soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside.
