1.5lbs chicken breast OR chicken thighs (I use both)
1 cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp Olive Oil
half a lemon
Seasonings: Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, garlic salt.
In small/medium mixing bowl, add greek yogurt, lemon, olive oil, and seasonings. Mix. Add chicken breast/thighs. Mix until coated evenly.
Spray a medium sized pan with olive oil and heat on medium-high for about a minute.
Add chicken to pan and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip over and cook for another 4-6 minutes.
Cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees, or cut and see if it is fully cooked (not pink) on the inside.
