BBQ Cut Atlantic Salmon Fillets (I use Trader Joe's)
~2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill
Half a lemon
1 tsp Olive Oil (I use spray)
Seasonings: Pink Himalayan Salt (or regular), Garlic Salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray or rub salmon fillets with olive oil (top and bottom), and place on baking sheet. Squeeze juice of half a lemon on top of both fillets. Coat fillets with seasonings of choice, I use about tsp of pink salt and about 1/2 tsp of garlic salt. Sprinkle chopped fresh dill on top of both fillets.
Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 14-18 minutes. *Always start with 14 minutes, even less if it's a very thin fillet. Bake until fully cooked, but not too dry. *Inside should NOT be a deep pink color, and the outside should look like white stuff is coming out of the sides (that's healthy fats).
Enjoy!
